the experience in a foreign trade company

I feel very full these days, for i have many things to do and there are many things that i don't know, so i have to learn as much as possible. Just as a new one in a foreign trade company, i shall pay more attention to everything,such as the relationship with my leaders, colleagues, and their working abilities. The rhythm of our company is so fast, so i almost have no time to consider my own things,so busy these days......
Sometimes i feel very hot in competition , the reasnon is simple, for most of them can speak English or Japanese very well, and some of them can speak both of them, so the latter can do both the Europe and Japan garment market. how should i do ? i just can speak English , so little Japanese, and i graduated from a common college , compared to somebody who are graduated from very famous universities, that is so incompetitive.
However, i always feel very confident, i don't know why, maybe when i was born ,and i like smiling in any situation. May be that is me , a lovely and confident girl, and i believe my foresight!
